@filmonabaiy He was a great player. That is undoubted; he is one of the greatest players ever to play. But the main reason why he is remembered is that he did it all in an era where television was less choosy. Where people couldn’t switch over. Also he played in one of the most captivating teams ever to walk the Earth…

@greatmomentssports But ok, Pele was one of the youngest players that hitted that recored, Thats why he is rememberd more then those other players.

@filmonabaiy You want a full list of just league goal scorers? Josef Bican 1st, Romario 2nd and Pele 3rd. Look it up on wikipedia, iffhs or rsssf.com.

@greatmomentssports Witchout the friendly, Unessecary goals that aren’t counted of the FIFA. Pelle is Ranked #1. If Josef Bican, Muler, Friedenreich, the goals they made ‘witchout’ the unessecary and the goals the FIFA didn’t count They would be on 900-1000.

@filmonabaiy that includes several goals scored on club tours and in friendly matches and exhibition games. If you were to do the same for other goalscorers then Pelé would rank 4th. Behind Josef Bican, Gerd Muller and Artur Friedenreich. That’s about it really. By the way Bican is the highest scorer ever with 1467 total goals, Muller has 1461.

    Increible Messiii
